this sample comprehensive plan was created on a team of six graduate students through our program’s studio I. it focused on bristol borough, a small community north of philadelphia. this plan covers transportation, housing, sustainability, and economic development. my contribution focused on housing solutions, as well as existing conditions, issues and opportunities, and defining goals and metrics for the plan.
